MISSED APPOINTMENTS

If you are unable to keep your appointment please give us at least 24 hours notice. If less than 24 hours notice is given there will be a charge of £1 per minute of the appointment.

PAYMENT POLICY

It is our practice policy to provide our patients with a written estimate and treatment plan to explain the cost of any dental work before any treatment is undertaken. In the event of further treatment being required we endeavour to provide patients with a revised estimate. We try to make payment as straightforward as possible. Our normal policy is that all patients are asked to pay a proportion each visit with any remaining balance paid in full upon completion of treatment. You may pay for your dental care by cash or credit/debit card.

If there’s something not gone quite right then we want to hear about it. Similarly, we would love to hear from you if you feel there are ways we can improve our services, or if you think we’ve done really well!
